Job Summary

Managing complex assignments, the full-time Contents Claims Coordinator will handle claims from Triage to Valuation services while collaborating with various business units in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Triage and manage complex claims assignments to ensure successful outcomes
  • Collaborate with Adjuster Owners and other business units to facilitate claims processing
  • Provide customer service through Live Chat and Hotline, primarily focusing on Commercial claims
Required qualifications
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in property and casualty claims
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with strong multitasking skills
  • Self-motivated with proven time management skills and the ability to work independently
