Contingent HR Assistant

Job Summary

Providing flexible support to the Human Resources team, the fully remote Contingent HR Assistant will manage core HR functions, assist with data entry, and respond to employee inquiries during peak business periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide as-needed support for onboarding, offboarding, and employee inquiries
• Assist with data entry and updates in HRIS systems
• Respond to HR tickets and support special projects or coverage needs

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Availability on short notice with a commitment to work at least 90% of offered hours
• Working knowledge of basic HR practices and employment laws
• Experience using HR systems
• Must reside in TX, IN, NC, NV, TN, PA, or FL
