Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contingent Recruiting Coordinator (Fully Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, schedule, and track candidate progression using recruiting tools and resources
- Screen applicants to gather work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking and ensure compliance with relevant laws and company expectations
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition
- Availability on short/limited notice and willingness to work at least 90% of offered hours
- Working knowledge of hiring practices and stages
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting software
- Proficient in using MS Office and comfortable with flexible scheduling
