- Process contractor lifecycle updates including onboarding, extensions, renewals, and offboarding activities
- Conduct data cleanup and system reconciliation to maintain data consistency and completeness
- Update and organize program documentation, ensuring engagement files are audit-ready
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in HR, contingent workforce operations, or related fields
- Strong track record of maintaining clean, accurate, and audit-ready data
- Experience with compliance requirements and approval workflows
- Highly organized and capable of managing detail-heavy tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with systems such as ATS, CLM, VMS, or CRM
