A company is looking for a Contractor - Contingent Workforce Program Operations Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Process contractor lifecycle updates including onboarding, extensions, renewals, and offboarding activities
• Conduct data cleanup and system reconciliation to maintain data consistency and completeness
• Update and organize program documentation, ensuring engagement files are audit-ready

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in HR, contingent workforce operations, or related fields
• Strong track record of maintaining clean, accurate, and audit-ready data
• Experience with compliance requirements and approval workflows
• Highly organized and capable of managing detail-heavy tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with systems such as ATS, CLM, VMS, or CRM
