Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contingent Workforce Specialist to manage the full life cycle of Independent Contractors and third-party payroll staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end process for non-employee workers, including contract initiation, onboarding, renewals, and offboarding
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on non-employee engagement processes and required documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with organizational policies and streamline workflows
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in contractor or vendor onboarding or HR operations
  • Solid knowledge of contingent workforce models and vendor engagement processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS and contract management systems is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Experience in contract review and basic financial analysis is a plus
