Job Summary
Supporting multinational companies in a fast-paced MSP environment, the full-time Contingent Workforce Staffing Consultant will manage full-cycle recruitment of contingent roles, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and leverage data to enhance hiring strategies, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for contract roles, including conducting intake calls, sourcing candidates, and onboarding workers
- Act as the primary contact for hiring managers, providing ongoing support and fostering strong relationships
- Utilize program data and market insights to guide recruitment strategies and improve hiring processes
Required qualifications
- Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or MSP/Vendor Management
- Hands-on experience with ATS/VMS platforms, preferably Workday
- Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment processes
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a focus on customer service
