Job Summary
Supporting G.E.H.A's Cybersecurity and Information Protection program, the full-time Continuity and Security Assurance Analyst will execute security, compliance, and business continuity initiatives, assess controls, monitor compliance, and contribute to the organization's resilience and security posture while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute security, compliance, and risk assessment plans in alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Monitor security programs, analyze logs, and identify control gaps or areas of elevated risk
- Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and validating control effectiveness
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- Three or more years of experience in Information Technology, Information Security, or related fields
- One or more industry certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or similar
- Working knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks like NIST and ISO
- Experience with enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms
