Job Summary

A company is looking for a Continuity of Government/Continuity of Operations Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of a national COG/COOP framework, including directives and policy documentation
• Conduct training, planning workshops, and exercises related to continuity operations
• Provide remote and forward engagement support for U.S. Government capacity development programs

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Emergency Management, preferably with FEMA's Office of National Continuity Programs
• Experience in writing, training, and exercising COG and COOP plans
• 10+ years of relevant federal or military experience at a field grade or higher
• Expertise in consequence management exercises and incident-specific planning
• U.S. DoD Secret Clearance required
