A company is looking for an Incident Operations Analyst to support operational efficiency and incident management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to the Incident Management function
• Coordinate incident meetings, maintain documentation, and track action items across teams
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and preventive measures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or 3-5 years of related experience
• Proven ability to perform independent data analysis
• Strong organizational skills, including managing action items, owners, and timelines
• Proficiency in MS Office software and AI; SAP knowledge is a plus
