Continuous Improvement Analyst

Job Summary

Leading projects to optimize cost, quality, and schedule requirements, the full-time Continuous Improvement Analyst will assess and deploy Continuous Improvement development plans while coaching methodologies and implementing CI projects in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, scope, and implement Continuous Improvement projects to enhance manufacturing efficiencies
• Coach leaders, engineers, and operators on CI methodologies and best practices
• Drive small rapid improvements through Technician feedback and data analysis

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience in a fast-paced assembly environment
• Experience implementing Continuous Improvement initiatives that enhance Safety, Quality, and Output metrics
• Working knowledge of LEAN methodologies, including 5S and Waste Elimination
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
• Engineering-related degree preferred
