Continuous Improvement Business Partner
Job Summary
Driving process excellence in a remote setting, the full-time Continuous Improvement Business Partner will manage strategic initiatives, facilitate process improvement projects, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate and lead multiple projects for process improvement and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize initiatives based on strategic objectives
- Develop project plans, lead teams through improvement cycles, and ensure milestones are met
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Process Improvement or a related field
- Black belt certification in Lean Six Sigma methodology
- 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement, process improvement, or project management
- Strong project management experience, including business case development
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
