Continuous Improvement Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Continuous Improvement Consultant (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify and propose new process efficiency opportunities
• Implement best practices in process and performance management with product/process owners and end users
• Drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement across various business lines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or Engineering, with at least 5 years of financial services operational experience or equivalent education and work experience
• At least 8 years of hands-on process improvement experience
• Strong leadership abilities and exceptional customer service skills
• Willingness to lead senior-level process analysis and improvement activities
• Strong work ethic with a self-motivated achieving mindset
