Job Summary

A company is looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to support productivity and workflow improvements through Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to assess and enhance operating procedures
• Conduct data collection and analysis to support departmental productivity goals
• Deliver Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training and mentor candidates through project completion

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or business preferred
• Green Belt certification required or ability to obtain within one year
• Five years of business experience with a focus on reengineering and productivity
• Experience in the financial industry is strongly preferred
