Continuous Improvement Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Continuous Improvement Engineer in Transportation (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data to identify process gaps and implement improvements
• Manage continuous improvement and engineering projects to enhance business results
• Coach employees on continuous improvement and lean principles, facilitating value stream mapping and Kaizen events

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 5 years of experience in the Transportation or Supply Chain Industry
• Experience in Transportation Management (Dedicated, FTL, LTL)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Understanding of core engineering and data analysis functions
