Job Summary

Proactively supporting business excellence initiatives, the full-time Continuous Improvement Engineer will engage with production teams, drive cultural transformation, and uphold operational standards in Plymouth, MN, while focusing on process improvement and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a strong daily presence on the production floor, acting as the first-line engineering resource for operators and supervisors
  • Measure true line performance and communicate insights effectively to operations teams while identifying areas for improvement
  • Conduct time studies and drive cycle-time consistency, standardizing best practices across the team
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline (Industrial, Chemical, Biomedical, Mechanical, or related)
  • 1+ years of experience in medical device manufacturing or related fields
  • Experience with LEAN, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies
  • Proficiency in basic data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or equivalent)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving production environment
