Job Summary

A company is looking for a Continuous Improvement Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support development, prioritization, and execution of performance improvement projects utilizing LEAN/Six Sigma or similar methodologies
  • Assist with implementation and training of functional areas on process engineering maintenance plans and staff trainings
  • Collect, monitor, and evaluate project key performance metrics and develop project status reports

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of LEAN, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement experience within the healthcare industry preferred
  • Previous working knowledge of process mapping and design, statistical applications, and project management software
  • LEAN/Six Sigma Green Belt, CAPM-PMI - Certified Associate of Project Management. Black Belt or PMP preferred
