Job Summary

A company is looking for a Continuous Improvement Sustainability Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and build continuous improvement (CI) capabilities across various leadership levels
• Lead assessments and translate findings into strategic priorities, overseeing execution of plans
• Drive value creation initiatives and support leaders in linking improvement efforts to financial outcomes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 6+ months of experience in a CI environment for internal candidates or 2+ years for external candidates
• Proven success in CI leadership within large-scale organizations
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at the VP/SVP level
• Deep knowledge of advanced CI tools and systems
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
