Job Summary

A company is looking for a Continuous Improvement Sustainability Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and build Continuous Improvement (CI) capabilities across various leadership levels and functions
• Lead Management System Assessments and translate findings into strategic priorities
• Drive value creation initiatives and support leaders in linking improvement efforts to financial outcomes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Internal Candidates: 6+ months of experience in a CI environment; External Candidates: 2+ years as a CI practitioner
• Proven success in CI leadership in large-scale organizations
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at the VP/SVP level
• Deep knowledge of advanced CI tools and systems
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
