Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead, Continuous Improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and lead multiple projects for process improvement and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
• Analyze current-state processes to identify and implement optimal solutions
• Promote awareness and adoption of Continuous Improvement methodologies across the enterprise

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Process Improvement or related field
• Black belt certification in Lean or Six Sigma methodology required
• 5+ years' experience leading process improvement initiatives with demonstrated results
• Strong project management experience required
• Extensive experience with core software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
