Continuous Improvement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Continuous Improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the portfolio of cross functional process improvement projects across the enterprise
• Train, coach, and develop continuous improvement leads to utilize LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies effectively
• Evaluate project performance and key performance indicators to ensure stakeholder requirements are met

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience; MBA or MHA preferred
• 6+ years of LEAN, Six Sigma, or related process improvement and project management experience in healthcare
• 2+ years of experience evaluating project performance and managing project portfolio
• LEAN/Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification strongly desired
