Continuous Improvement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Support leadership in achieving strategic targets through efficient business processes and improved customer experience
• Evaluate business processes and data to identify areas for improvement using Lean Six Sigma methodology
• Lead the global deployment of continuous improvement projects and translate proposals into a yearly project roadmap

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of relevant working experience
• Lean Six Sigma black belt certification strongly preferred
• Financial acumen
• Excellent process improvement and modeling skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
