Job Summary
Supporting executive leadership in achieving strategic targets, the full-time Remote Continuous Improvement Manager will evaluate business processes, identify improvement areas using Lean Six Sigma methodology, and collaborate globally to implement enhancements that drive efficiency and superior customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Identify areas of improvement through customer feedback and business data, aligning with business processes
- Steer organizational improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma's DMAIC/PDCA model and develop a yearly project roadmap
- Lead the global deployment of Continuous Improvement projects and support senior leadership in organizational changes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Lean Six Sigma black belt certification strongly preferred
- Financial acumen and excellent process improvement skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of BPMN & Visio is a plus
- Advanced English proficiency; Spanish is a plus
