Continuous Improvement Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Continuous Improvement and Automation Manager, this full-time position will lead enterprise process optimization and intelligent automation initiatives, preferably in the San Diego office on a hybrid model, while partnering with business leaders to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
• Define and evolve a clear automation strategy aligned with operational excellence objectives
• Partner with functional leaders to identify automation and process improvement opportunities and develop ROI-driven business cases

Required qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or automation leadership roles
• Proven hands-on experience with automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
• Strong understanding of SDLC and automation lifecycle practices
• Demonstrated success leading process redesign and measurable performance improvement initiatives
• Familiarity with AI-driven automation and emerging intelligent automation technologies
