Continuous Improvement Specialist

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives, the full-time remote Sr Specialist, Continuous Improvement will enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of key processes supporting medical imaging solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to identify and implement improvement opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess workflows and implement changes that enhance quality and efficiency
• Standardize and optimize Quality Management System (QMS) processes in alignment with regulations and best practices
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and establish KPI frameworks to enhance operational performance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Quality Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in continuous improvement or quality systems within healthcare technology or medical device industries
• Certification or training in Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is an asset
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and applying improvement tools to deliver measurable results
• Working knowledge of standards such as ISO 13485 and ISO 14971
