Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Account Manager, Web.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all disciplines involved in website construction and maintenance, ensuring client satisfaction
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing strategic recommendations to meet business objectives
• Manage project schedules, assets, and expectations, ensuring deliverables are on time, on scope, and on budget

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of Client Services/Account Management experience, preferably in an agency setting
• Experience managing clients through enterprise projects, including post-launch website support
• Knowledge of project financial management and analysis
• Understanding of website development using WordPress and/or Drupal
• Familiarity with project management software and spreadsheets
