Contract Accountant (NetSuite)

Job Summary

To support critical accounting operations, the part-time Contract Accountant (NetSuite) will work remotely to manage accounts payable processing and assist with month-end close activities, requiring immediate availability and hands-on NetSuite experience.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and process vendor bills accurately in NetSuite
• Support month-end close activities and assist with book close deliverables
• Review, validate, and maintain accuracy of accounts payable transactions

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of accounting, accounts payable, or related finance experience
• Hands-on NetSuite experience is required
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, AP workflows, and month-end close processes
• Experience entering vendor bills, invoice processing, and financial data management
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
