Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Accounting Service Desk Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and resolve accounting and billing inquiries from stakeholders promptly
• Document all actions and resolutions in the ServiceNow ticket system
• Ensure compliance with accounting practices and maintain professionalism in all interactions

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of client billing experience
• Experience with Aderant and ChromeRiver
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
• Able to work from 12pm - 8:30pm EST
