Job Summary
Overseeing the full lifecycle of legal and financial agreements, the full-time Analyst, Contract Administration will ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and support organizational objectives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Managing the creation, review, and execution of contracts to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards
- Leading contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and minimize risks
- Collaborating with legal, finance, and risk management teams to identify and mitigate contract-related risks
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, legal studies, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management, procurement, or compliance
- Demonstrated ability to analyze legal and financial documents
- Proven negotiation skills and the ability to influence outcomes
- Experience with contract lifecycle management systems is a plus
