Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate comprehensive domestic and international travel arrangements

Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience managing multiple busy executive calendars
  • 1-2 years of experience with expense management
  • 1-2 years of experience coordinating travel arrangements
  • Recent experience working in a similar environment within the last 3-4 years
  • Proficiency with standard office software and scheduling tools
