Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contract Administrator to manage and execute various contracts related to consumer products.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and administer agreements including licensing and promotional contracts
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts align with business objectives
- Coordinate the contract lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
Required Qualifications
- 3-4+ years of experience in contract administration or legal operations
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and contract structure, particularly in consumer goods or licensing
- Proficiency with contract management software and e-signature tools
- Experience in the Consumer Products, Licensing, Retail, or Entertainment industries is preferred
- Familiarity with intellectual property rights and global licensing agreements is a plus
