Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Administrator to provide contract management and administrative support to enhance customer service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide responsive customer service and sales support
  • Document contracts and manage maintenance contract renewals
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to address contract-related inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in sales/maintenance contract support
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer support environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with NetSuite, ERMA, and contract management software preferred
  • High-level communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members
