Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Administrator to support its Minecraft Consumer Products business segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and administer a variety of licensing and promotional contracts
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts align with business objectives
• Coordinate the contract lifecycle and maintain a centralized repository of contracts and related documents

Required Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of experience in contract administration or legal operations
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and contract structure within consumer goods or licensing
• Proficiency with contract management software and e-signature tools (e.g., AdobeSign)
• Experience with licensing contracts
• Experience in the Consumer Products, Licensing, Retail, or Entertainment industries is preferred
