Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contract Administrator to manage the lifecycle of customer-facing contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contracts from intake through drafting, review, negotiation support, execution, and post-execution tracking
- Draft and revise agreements, ensuring compliance with terms and operational capabilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support compliant and efficient contract execution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- 3-6 years of experience in contract administration or management
- Experience in a regulated healthcare or insurance environment, preferably within a TPA
- Working knowledge of healthcare administrative services models, ERISA, and HIPAA requirements
- Contract management certification such as CPCM, CFCM, or equivalent is preferred
