Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Administrator to oversee financial performance and compliance across projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and track financial performance across all team projects, ensuring accuracy in billing and revenue recognition
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms for billing schedules and payment conditions
  • Act as the liaison between the team and Corporate Finance on financial matters, including reporting and process compliance
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial administration, contract administration, or project accounting
  • Strong understanding of billing processes and contract compliance
  • Experience managing job costing and tracking project financials
  • Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in the foodservice equipment industry is a plus
