Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Administrator to manage publisher and title rights across its content portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capture and update all contractual terms of publisher licensing contracts throughout their lifecycle
  • Analyze contractual term changes and their business impact
  • Conduct quality control audits and regular audits to ensure contractual compliance
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience using an enterprise document management or records management system
  • 1-2 years of experience with MS Office, including basic Excel functions and Access
  • Experience with a contract management system, such as DocuSign or Salesforce
  • Hands-on experience managing contracts from drafting to execution and renewals
  • Ability to identify contractual risks and ensure alignment with legal and regulatory requirements
