Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the administration of all contract activities, including various agreements and NDAs
  • Develop and maintain a contract management system for efficient administration and reporting
  • Draft, review, and modify contracts in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring compliance and accuracy
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in law, business, finance, or a related field
  • Minimum five years of contract management and/or administration experience
  • Proficient understanding of legal and contracting terminology
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally and ethically
