Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contract Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the administration of all contract activities, including various agreements and NDAs
- Develop and maintain a contract management system for efficient administration and reporting
- Draft, review, and modify contracts in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring compliance and accuracy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in law, business, finance, or a related field
- Minimum five years of contract management and/or administration experience
- Proficient understanding of legal and contracting terminology
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally and ethically
