Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Administrator to manage and optimize their contract lifecycle management system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain the internal contract management system, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
  • Prepare, draft, review, and maintain various contracts and related documentation
  • Track contract lifecycle activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience with contract lifecycle management systems or document management systems
  • Experience with healthcare contracts and familiarity with regulatory considerations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Demonstrated experience in drafting and organizing contracts in a high-volume environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
