Job Summary
Working remotely, the part-time Contract Administrator will partner with Sales to generate proposals, manage the contract lifecycle, and support internal teams in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Generate and edit Sales Proposals for Sales Consultants
- Guide proposals through order processing steps and maintain data accuracy in Salesforce and CPQ
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and support sales initiatives
Required qualifications:
- 1-3 years of contract administration or sales support experience
- Intermediate MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and Word
- Experience using Salesforce and/or Salesforce CPQ
- Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
