Job Summary
Supporting the Contract Sales organization, the part-time Contract Administrator will manage maintenance contracts, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure data accuracy while providing excellent customer service in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Provide responsive and professional customer service while supporting sales and contract administration
- Assist with managing new and existing maintenance contracts and support renewal processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate contract documentation and entitlement verification
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience in sales, customer support, or contract administration
- Entry-level role; prior experience in a customer support or sales support environment is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Experience with NetSuite, ERMA, or similar systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
