Job Summary

Supporting the Contract Sales organization, the part-time Contract Administrator will manage maintenance contracts, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure data accuracy while providing excellent customer service in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide responsive and professional customer service while supporting sales and contract administration
  • Assist with managing new and existing maintenance contracts and support renewal processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate contract documentation and entitlement verification
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience in sales, customer support, or contract administration
  • Entry-level role; prior experience in a customer support or sales support environment is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Experience with NetSuite, ERMA, or similar systems preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
