Job Summary

Managing procurement and subcontract management duties, the remote Contract Administrator will support complex federal government contracting, oversee procurement activities, and collaborate with legal teams to negotiate terms and conditions.

Key responsibilities
  • Support procurement and subcontract management, focusing on performance, change control, and quality
  • Conduct market research, prepare pre-award activities, and manage procurement requirements
  • Issue purchase orders, monitor order progress, and manage post-award activities to ensure compliance and delivery
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in Procurement and Contract Management
  • Experience with federal government contracting, particularly with DOE and DOD
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance and export control requirements
  • Technical background preferred, with experience in purchasing fabricated equipment and IT software
