Job Summary
To support technology sourcing and vendor management, the part-time Contract Administrator will manage procurement initiatives, negotiate contracts, and maintain vendor relationships in a remote capacity for a 5-month contract.
Key responsibilities
- Administer the request for proposal/quote/information (RFX) process and manage vendor selection
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms, ensuring compliance with procurement policies
- Prepare reports and deliver briefings on vendor performance to senior management
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in contract administration and vendor management
- Proficiency in financial analysis and evaluating deal structures
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on contract review and deadline management
- BS/BA degree in business or technology
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
