Job Summary

To support technology sourcing and vendor management, the part-time Contract Administrator will manage procurement initiatives, negotiate contracts, and maintain vendor relationships in a remote capacity for a 5-month contract.

Key responsibilities
  • Administer the request for proposal/quote/information (RFX) process and manage vendor selection
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms, ensuring compliance with procurement policies
  • Prepare reports and deliver briefings on vendor performance to senior management
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in contract administration and vendor management
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and evaluating deal structures
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on contract review and deadline management
  • BS/BA degree in business or technology
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
