Job Summary

Driving the contract management process from negotiation to execution, the remote Contract Administrator will manage contract templates, facilitate contract execution with sales and finance, and ensure compliance with various state and local agencies.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain standard templates for customer agreements and legal documents
  • Implement best practices for contract execution and management across customer, vendor, and partner agreements
  • Manage the application and renewal process for contracts with joint purchasing associations and cooperatives
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; law degree preferred
  • Approximately 5 years of experience in a contract administration role, preferably in a corporate or technology setting
  • Past experience as a Paralegal is preferred
  • Familiarity with contract management and electronic signature software
  • Knowledge of contract law and accounting principles
