Job Summary
Supporting organizational goals, the full-time remote Contract Administrator will prepare, examine, negotiate, and revise contracts while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to minimize risks and ensure compliance with legal standards.
Key responsibilities
- Administer various contracts, including MSA, PSA, SOW, and amendments, while mitigating risks and ensuring business acceptance
- Support the sales process by preparing RFP documentation and ensuring compliance with requirements
- Analyze contracts for compliance with state and federal laws, and manage contractual changes and disputes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or related field; paralegal or law degree preferred
- 4-7 years of experience in contracts and legal risk management
- Ability to support complex contract activities and develop specialized contract vehicles
