Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Administrator - Construction Management and Design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review, negotiate, and process AIA contract templates and amendments for construction projects
  • Maintain contract documentation and ensure alignment with project scopes and timelines
  • Track key contract milestones, deliverables, and compliance deadlines
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Construction Management, Real Estate, or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in real estate or facilities operations
  • Strong working knowledge of AIA contract types
  • Paralegal certification or related legal contract training is a plus
  • Familiarity with document management systems (e.g., Procore, DocuSign, SharePoint)
