Job Summary

To support efficient contract management, the full-time remote or hybrid Contract Administrator II/III will oversee contract administration processes, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and facilitating collaboration among stakeholders to enhance organizational efficiency.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate with Contract Managers and departmental leadership to ensure accurate contract scope, structure, and funding
  • Support full lifecycle management of contracts, including development, execution, and closeout, while monitoring compliance and performance
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to streamline contract lifecycle management and reporting
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree for Contract Administrator II or Bachelor's degree for Contract Administrator III in business, finance, healthcare administration, or related field
  • Three years of experience in contract administration for Contract Administrator II or five years for Contract Administrator III
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, with experience in Infor preferred
  • Understanding of procurement practices and contract lifecycle management
  • Ability to analyze contract data and generate reports effectively
