Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Examine service contracts for customers' communication services; identify and evaluate specific terms and clauses in accordance with internal standards and requirements
  • Maintain accurate and thorough records of reviewed contracts and any findings, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and organized
  • Collaborate with support staff to escalate any questionable terms or clauses for further evaluation and guidance

Required Qualifications:
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality output
  • Prior experience in contract analysis, document analysis, legal document review, or a related field is beneficial but not required
  • Proficient in Excel or SmartSheets
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience in customer support
