Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst Contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, redline, and negotiate various contract documents during the RFP process
Manage the full lifecycle of contracts from request to execution, ensuring compliance and proper documentation
Provide guidance to internal customers on contractual terms and maintain communication regarding contract status

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

1 - 3 years of experience with common contract types and legal clauses
Six months of recent experience redlining contract agreements
Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies, or related field
Master's certificate in Commercial Contract Management is a plus
Knowledge of Information Technology and exposure to the RFP process is a plus
