Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Analyst I to analyze healthcare reimbursement contracts and manage contract terms between payers and providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain basic contract loads and fee schedules
• Interpret complex contract terms and analyze reimbursement methodologies
• Validate and test contract configurations for claims pricing accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management/Contracting
• Proficiency in Microsoft products, especially Excel
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle confidential material in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
