Contract Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze Fair Market Value (FMV) to support budget development and contract negotiations
• Liaise with clinical teams and legal departments on clinical agreements and informed consents
• Track contract activities, provide status updates, and maintain historical contract information

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of contract negotiation experience or an advanced degree with 2 years of experience
• Juris Doctorate (JD) is a plus
• Familiarity with legal terms and budget/finance basics
• Experience in clinical trial agreements and budgeting processes
• Bi-lingual abilities (Spanish, French, Italian, Other) are a plus
