Contract Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Analyst responsible for managing the entire contractual life-cycle of service agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, create, edit, track, and finalize client service agreements and amendments in a fast-paced environment
• Manage relationships with contract owners to ensure contracts accurately reflect services and scope of work
• Provide feedback for improving contract management processes and maintain documentation on policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Five years of experience with contract drafting and management processes
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training, education, or work experience
• Intermediate skill level in Excel and Microsoft Suite
• Experience with database management systems and reporting
• Insurance and/or benefit claims administration experience is a plus
